Kelly Gwin founded Baystone Partners after spending several years at a Newport Beach high-tech recruiting firm.  Some of the companies for whom she has conducted and managed searches include: ArcSight, Mercury Interactive, NetIQ and Reconnex among others.  Kelly's background prior to entering into the executive search business included positions in sales and marketing with Project Dimensions Inc.  Kelly attended the University of Arizona where she studied communications and minored in film.
