Kelly Gwin founded Baystone Partners after
spending several years at a Newport Beach high-tech recruiting
firm. Some of the companies for whom she has conducted
and managed searches include: ArcSight, Mercury Interactive,
NetIQ and Reconnex among others. Kelly's background
prior to entering into the executive search business included
positions in sales and marketing with Project Dimensions
Inc. Kelly attended the University of Arizona where
she studied communications and minored in film.
Jill
Guziak
Partner/Executive Recruiter
As
founder of Baystone Partners, Jill Guziak has made placements
for Microstrategy, Lumeta, Interwoven, Voltage,
Symantec, InfoVista, NetIQ and Polivec amongst others.
Jill joins Baystone Partners after recruiting for two years
at an executive search firm based in Orange County. Prior
to technology sales recruiting, her background has focused
around high tech sales with security software company Axent
Technologies and Telco Communications. Jill was raised
in the UK and now permanently resides in Newport Beach,
CA. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara.
Jessica
Powell
Executive Recruiter
Jessica Powell brings over 8 years of high-tech
direct selling and managerial experience to Baystone Partners.
Prior to joining Baystone, Jessica spent 5 years running
the Western Region eAE sales team for BEA Systems and three
years selling for Rational Software (IBM). At BEA, Jessica
managed a geographic territory on a strategic and tactical
level selling to executive officers, managers and developers.
There, she consistently overachieved 100% of quota goals
and attended numerous President's Clubs. Jessica's proven
track record with enterprise software companies and her experience
as both a hiring manager and quota carrying account executive
give her a unique insight into the marketplace and the various
facets of the hiring process. Jessica has worked searches
with companies such as Mercury Interactive, Voltage Security
and Oracle. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree
from the University of Arizona. Jessica was a recipient of 2006 President's
Club.

Ewing
Executive Recruiter
Allison
brings several years of sales and executive level
recruiting experience to Baystone Partners. Prior
to Baystone, Allison recruited for CRI, Inc and previous
to that conducted retained executive searches with
Quest Search Associates in Silicon Valley. As
a top east coast recruiter, Allison has made placements
with tier-one companies including Decru, IMLogic,
Voltage, Imperva & Sourcefire. Allison
attended Cal State University Long Beach where she
studied Communication Theory and Theatre Arts. Allison
was a recipient of 2005 President's Club.
Michelle
Campbell
Executive Recruiter
Michelle Campbell brings over five years
of field sales experience to Baystone Partners. Most recently,
Michelle was a Sales Representative for Takeda Pharmaceuticals
in Arizona. At Takeda she consistently overachieved 100%
of quota. Prior to that, Michelle worked for Wells Fargo
SBA in Business Development covering the Southwest region.
While at Baystone, Michelle has conducted searches for companies
like Pillar Data Systems, Postx, MetaCarta, Datasynapse and
Qovia. Michelle received a B.S. in Marketing from Arizona
State University.

Bertuleit

Julie brings to Baystone Partners 8 years
of professional recruitment experience, including 3 years as
an executive within a Fortune 500 company. Prior to joining
Baystone Partners Julie helped scale out business organizations
within the healthcare and manufacturing field. Julie has made
placements with tier one companies including Oracle, McAfee,
3COM,Ciphertrust, Sourcefire and Enterasys. Julie was a President's
Club recipient in 2004 and 2005 as was awarded 2004 Booker
of the Year.
