Kelly Gwin founded Baystone Partners after spending several years at a Newport Beach high-tech recruiting firm.  Some of the companies for whom she has conducted and managed searches include: ArcSight, Mercury Interactive, NetIQ and Reconnex among others.  Kelly's background prior to entering into the executive search business included positions in sales and marketing with Project Dimensions Inc.  Kelly attended the University of Arizona where she studied communications and minored in film.

Jill Guziak
Partner/Executive Recruiter

As founder of Baystone Partners, Jill Guziak has made placements for Microstrategy, Lumeta, Interwoven, Voltage, Symantec, InfoVista, NetIQ and Polivec amongst others. Jill joins Baystone Partners after recruiting for two years at an executive search firm based in Orange County. Prior to technology sales recruiting, her background has focused around high tech sales with security software company Axent Technologies and Telco Communications. Jill was raised in the UK and now permanently resides in Newport Beach, CA. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara.
